The new processes regarding the WEPA Printers that have been added to the LibGuide under "Printers and Scanners" --> "Wepa Printers" --> "Troubleshooting Wepa Printer Problems". You will find the steps for trouble shooting all three issues from Letitia's in-person WEPA training, including step-by-step photographic guides.
This includes the new process for sending support emails when staff are unable to fix a problem:
We are no longer CC'ing Helpline for issues related to hardware and software that staff are not equipt to fix.
Going forward we are emailing John Rodgers (johnrogers72@gmail.com) and CC'ing lbry-AIS@arizona.edu only.
More information is to come about network issues related to the printer, but in the meantime the new process is highlighted in the LibGuide.
