We do not accept direct payments of any kind at the desks (in-person, over the phone, or via chat) - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Patrons should be directed to their library account to make payments. However, they cannot be allowed to use our desk computers to login and make payments. Direct them to the 1st Floor if they need to access a computer.
If a customer reports that the system is not allowing them to pay their libraries fees online, you can find some tips for troubleshooting the situation in the Staff FAQ here:
If a patron provides credit/debit card information unsolicited via email or chat, notify the systems queue and billing queue staff immediately.
