The AIS Desk Staff LibGuide: One Button Studio

The One Button Studio is booked through UCATT. We do not have access to their schedule. Verify a user's reservation by having them show you the confirmation email they received.

Using the One Button Studio

There is a QR code on the window that patrons can scan, or they can select "Play Demo" on the computer for an instructional video on how to use this space.

Opening the One Button Studio

Opening the OBS is a morning task for student employees. However, staff may sometimes be required to help with opening the One Button Studio if we are short staffed.

Troubleshooting

If you notice or if a patron reports any of the following issues:
•    The camera is out of place or out of focus
•    The computer isn't working
•    The mic is out of place
•    The Wifi cannot be authenticated (admin password is required to resolve)

DO NOT try to troubleshoot these issues yourself.
DO NOT move or adjust the camera or microphone.

INSTEAD, contact the Tech Team: aistech@lib.arizona.edu

If someone's presentation did not save to their USB Drive, tell them not to worry. Recordings are saved on the One Button Studio's hard drive for 1 month.

If this happens, contact the Tech Team (aistech@lib.arizona.edu) with the patrons name and email and they will follow up with the patron.

The left USB port corresponds to the left monitor and the right USB port corresponds to the right monitor.
