How to Create a Helpline Ticket

Creating a Helpline Ticket

  • If a Helpline ticket involves Facilities (spilled drinks, locked rooms, etc.) also copy Hayri Yildirim
  • During the weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8:00am - 4:00pm, Library IT (issues with technology, B252/254 room divider, etc.) is available at (520) 621-8483

After hours/Weekends: 

  • Call After Hours Facilities at (520) 621-3000 if the problem requires immediate attention. Otherwise, complete the steps above and Library FM will address the issue the next business day.

Information to include on your Helpline Ticket:

  • Brief description of the problem.
  • Building name and number.
  • Room number/Area affected.

  • Main Library:  #55
  • Weaver Science and Engineering Library:  #54
  • Bear Down: #56
  • ILC (Tiers 1-5 on Main 1st): #70

The UA interactive map will tell you the building number of any building on campus.  

Facilities Issues

What to report to Facilities:

  • spills

  • plumbing problems

  • restroom supply refills

  • broken furniture

  • Any physical hazard to patrons
