| Physical and Digital CatCards | WEPA Printers are now equipped with physical and digital CatCard readers that will open their WEPA account on the printer if they have registered with the school. | ||
| Library computer | Open your document, choose “File > Print,” and select either “WEPA-BW” or “WEPA-Color” as the printer. | ||
| Your laptop or desktop computer |
Download and install the WEPA Print App (choose University of Arizona as your school then log in with your UA NetID). Open your document, choose “File > Print”, and select either “WEPA-BW” or “WEPA-Color” as the printer. |
||
| Your mobile device | Download and install “WEPA Print” from your device’s app store and follow the instructions. | ||
| Web browser | Go to the WEPA website and log in with your UA NetID. Select “Web upload” to upload files and choose options. | ||
|
|||
| USB drive | Insert your USB drive at any CATPRINTS kiosk. | ||
| Cloud Printing |
Link your Wepa account to your cloud storage account. Then upload your document to the cloud and print. |
||
|
Upload your document to the Wepa website and configure your print settings online. Then, use a generated code to print rather than logging in on the printer. |

CHANGE: For hardware and software issues staff are not able to fix we are no longer CC'ing Helpline. Please contact John and CC lbry-AIS@arizona.edu only.
Helpline is only contacted for network related issues at the request of John Rogers.
1. Check WEPA Status Page or the Catprints kiosk screen for empty paper tray alerts.
2. Retrieve key from the desk key lockers (Main 2nd reception storage, inside Tech Tool Shed below the Student Kudos Board, inside WSEL Book Storage).
3. Unlock and Open the kiosk. New paper is located on the bottom shelf under the printer itself.
4. Gently pull the tray out at an upwards angle and place it on top of the printer before refilling it with paper.
5. Slide the tray back into the printer, straight on no angle.
6. Close the kiosk door and lock it. Check if the screen shows the "Ready to Print" login view.
If it doesn't, put an Out of Service sign on the printer and email John Rogers, CC LBRY-AIS@arizona.edu.

In the event of a patron not being able to receive a print card (out of cards, insufficient funds inserted, etc.), please contact the Library Business Center office at:
LBRY-LBC@arizona.edu
OR
Amanda Gutierrez's Desk Phone (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm):

As of the implementation of Outlook for students, OneDrive does not properly connect to WEPA. When a patron tries to log in to OneDrive through Microsoft Outlook on the printer it will tell the patron they need Admin access. This issue is campus wide and has been escalated to campus IT.
In the meantime, the patron can:
| Type of print | Cost per page |
|---|---|
| B/W: Single sided | $0.15 |
| B/W: Duplex | $0.30 |
| Color: Single sided | $1.00 |
| Color: Duplex | $2.00 |
Credit card transactions at a CATPRINTS kiosk cost an extra $0.40.
WEPA print cards are available for $5.00 at WEPA kiosks (cash only) in each library.
UA Guest Patrons can pay via Credit Card or Wepa Print Card. They can also create their own Wepa account to pay for prints.
