Enrolled students can borrow and pick up technology such as laptops, video cameras, projectors, and cords in the Main Library lobby on a first-come, first-served basis. Check here for available technology. Laptop checkouts are for the entire semester and will auto-renew for enrolled students. We will contact students when the equipment is due back.
Technology checkout includes mobile WiFi hotspots that allow you to connect your devices to the internet, without being tethered to a home or school network. To check to see if the device will function in a specific area, look for 4G LTE availability on the coverage map.
For available hours and additional details on borrowing technology, please go to our access during covid-19 page. Students can also schedule an appointment with us by contacting library@arizona.edu if these hours aren't convenient.
3D printing is also now being offered for academic/research purposes.
UA faculty and staff should contact OSCR's Gear-to-Go to reserve equipment for instructional use such as webcams, monitors, laptops, mobile hotspots, and digital cameras.
If you need to contact the library's technology lending staff, email the library@arizona.edu
