Library Support for Shifting to Online Teaching

Interlibrary Loan

As of Aug. 3, you can request interlibrary loans.

  • You can pick them up in the Main Library lobby, Sunday-Thursday, 10am-2pm. The rest of the Main Library building is closed.
  • Service is limited to enrolled students and University employees with valid CatCards.
  • Face coverings are required in the building’s lobby per campus policy.

Document Delivery

For UA students, faculty, staff, and designated campus colleagues, document delivery is a free library service that provides digital articles and book chapters:

As of Aug. 3, library books can also be shipped for free to UA affiliates who reside more than 30 miles from the University.

Access to Physical Collections

If there’s a book that you need for teaching, please request a purchase and we'll investigate options.
