The SRA is a suite of automation tools built to make conducting all types of evidence reviews or synthesis easier and faster. As each tool is designed to help with a specific review task, people can use as many or as few as they like.

litsearchr assists with term harvesting, Boolean search construction and search testing against benchmark studies. This is a beta version for an app that serves as a graphical interface for the R package litsearchr (Grames et al. 2019).

PubReMiner is a front-end for the popular PubMed literature database at the NCBI. When you submit your query (which can be any query that can be processed by PubMed), PubReMiner will process the result of that query and display its results (in the form of selectable "keywords") in frequency tables, which can be added/excluded from the query to optimize the results.

This tool allows users to quickly find relevant MeSH terms based on a set of PubMed IDs from benchmark studies.

Rayyan is a web-based tool designed to help researchers collaboratively screen and manage references for systematic reviews using AI-assisted features.

SysRev is a tool for screening and data extraction, offering a highly customizable data extraction feature, with a free version suitable for most reviews and a paid version that provides additional features.

Covidence is a user-friendly platform for deduplication, title and abstract screening, full-text screening, and data extraction, particularly suited for standard Cochrane-type reviews, though its free version is limited, which may require teams to purchase a subscription.

DistillerSR aims to support all stages of the review process from search to reporting and includes automation features. Access to this platform is only available through a paid subscription.
