Get help with your review

This support is only for researchers in non-Health Sciences programs. Are you a Health Sciences researcher? Request help from Health Sciences librarians.

How we can help

You can submit an online request to consult with us on your review. We can provide 5 hours of support per project.

In the consultation, we can help with:

  • Resources for selecting a framework

  • Databases to use in your searches

  • Basic search techniques and methods

  • Documenting your search strategies

  • Additional support for doctoral candidates pursuing dissertations on a case-by-case basis

Because of limited staffing, we can't provide in-depth consultation on protocols or search strategies, collaboration on your review, or instructional support. See more details for how we can support your review.

Criteria to request help

Before you consult with us on your review, you and your team must:

  • Have an overall timeline for your project

  • Have a completed project protocol

  • Follow the standard processes for systematic or scoping reviews

  • Be prepared for consistent communication with a librarian over the course of your review

  • Be a researcher in a non-Health Sciences program

If you meet the criteria, please fill out the request form.
