The UA Libraries provide access to hundreds of News/Newspaper databases. They include current and historical news sources, newspapers, broadcast news transcripts, news video, and more. A few include: 

  • New York Times (website): Set up your free account to find current and past articles and most digital content.
  • Access World News: Find articles from local (Arizona Daily Star), national, and international newspapers, and news transcripts and video clips; date coverage varies by news source.
  • Global Newsstream: Find news from international, national, and regional newspapers, newswires, blogs, and news sites, with various coverage from 1980s-current.
  • Nexis Uni: Find news from U.S. and international newspapers, television and radio broadcasts, newswires, and blogs, as well as business profiles, patents, and legal research.
