To access PitchBook, you need to create an individual account using your UA email address.
1. Open PitchBook
2. Log in with your UA NetID if prompted.
3. The Pitchbook login landing page should appear. Below the email/password field, click on Create an Account. Be sure to use your UA email address.
4. Check your email. You should receive an email from PitchBook to verify account and create your password. This may take some time.
5. Once created, use the same PitchBook link as above (NOT pitchbook.com) to log in with your new account information. (You'll still receive the UA NetID prompt, too.)
Having trouble logging in?
PitchBook resets accounts every year on June 30. If you haven't logged in since July 1, or if your password isn't working, you'll need to follow the Create an Account steps above to create a new password. (Any saved searches and folders should still be saved despite this reset.) If you do not receive an email, repeat this process a second time. You might then be told that an account already exists with your email. At that time, go back to the login screen using the link above (NOT directly on pitchbook.com), and re-enter your old credentials. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
Still can't log in?
1. While on-campus, go to: https://arizona.pitchbook.com/
2. Enter your PitchBook credentials and you'll be presented with a password reset screen.
3. Reset your password, and then log in using your newest password (do this while you are on campus or at your office location, like the Refinery, using https://arizona.pitchbook.com/).
4. Once you've made it this far, you should be able to access Pitchbook while off-campus too using the off-campus link: https://ezproxy.library.arizona.edu/login?url=https://arizona.pitchbook.com
