Patrons are reporting that links/permalinks are no longer working. What happened?
Because of our updates to Library search, pre-May 19th permalinks will need to be replaced with the newer permalink. The links have been redirected, but we are in the process of monitoring any reports of broken links. Please ask the patron to share where the broken links are located (D2L, bookmarked links, etc). Please contact the LSP Sys Admin Team to report links that are not working.

Patrons reporting that Saved Searches and Search History is no longer in their account.
Unfortunately, only Saved Records have been migrated over to our new Library Search and there is not a way for us to restore Saved Searches or Search History. There is currently not a way for us to recover those records from ExLibris.
