During this session, ambassadors will be introduced to best practices of instruction for workshops and consultations. Ambassadors will learn about the assessment tools available to them, such as Qualtrics, Google forms, and other tools. Ambassadors should share completed survey access with mentors

Time: 1 hour

Objectives:

• Discuss pedagogy and learning
• Recognize assessment best practice methods
• Utilize survey collection tools to collect data to evaluate the impact of the program
• Demonstrate proper handling of confidential information and data management best
  practices.

• Convert the participant and consultation feedback forms into a collection tool of yourConvert the participant and consultation feedback forms into a collection tool of your choice (Qualtrics, Excel, Google form, etc.)
• Plan how to store, analyze, and report the data collected from these surveys.
