Getting Started Banner Phoenix

Residents and fellows at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix have access to most library resources licensed by University of Arizona. Access is governed by a NetID issued upon request to designated campus colleagues (DCCs) of the university.

Process for obtaining a NetID:

Tracy Nguyen will initiate the process before residents and fellows start their residency or fellowship program in Phoenix. Email: Tracy.Nguyen@bannerhealth.com


Process for obtaining a CatCardcatcard

CatCards are required for access to library study space. Please contact Tracy Nguyen to initiate the process of obtaining a CatCard: Tracy.Nguyen@bannerhealth.com

If you already have a CatCard, please contact the library director David Bickford to request that it be programmed for library access.
