Welcome! This guide is designed to support your MGMT 310A integrated team project as you research and analyze organizational behavior issues at your selected company, identify their causes, and recommend solutions. Use this guide to:
1. Find news and trends (supplemental research): Gather information on your organization from popular sources (news, trade magazines) and employee review websites (LinkedIn, Glassdoor.com) to help you identify potential issues, prepare for conducting primary research if needed, and supplement the data you collect.
2. Find scholarly articles: Review tips and tutorials on finding and evaluating scholarly research, then dive into our resources to find articles on the OB/MGMT issues you've identified. (Tip: These articles will not likely mention your specific company but will pertain to the overall issue.)
3. Cite sources: Review example citations and APA style resources for creating a reference list.
4. Need help? Reach out to your librarian at any stage of the research process, including topic formation, initial research, forming a search strategy, finding and evaluating articles, and citing articles. Find her contact information and appointment calendar below.
