Interlibrary Loan & DocOrder

When you don't find a book or article in the library's collection, Interlibrary Loan Services comes to the rescue by obtaining your item from another library.

  • Use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to submit and track requests for articles and books not owned or licensed by the library.
  • Also use ILL to request a PDF copy of an article or book chapter from the library's print collection.
  • Articles are delivered to your ILL Account in PDF format
  • Books must be picked up at the Information Desk
  • For PBC students only

Managing your research information

Use RefWorks or EndNote Web (via Web of Science), to manage articles, books, websites, etc. for all your projects and research papers. The library offers these web-based tools at no cost to enable you to create a personal database of research by easily importing bibliographic citations from database searches or text files. Citations can be automatically formatted into a bibliography when writing a paper.
