Citing Your Sources

Manage your citations

We've got the tools you need to collect, manage, and share your sources.

Not sure which tool to use? Take a look at our Citation Manager Comparison

(The University of Arizona Libraries subscription to RefWorks ended on February 28, 2021).

We offer occasional workshops on citation management tools. Search our events & workshops calendar.

Desktop version

Download EndNote desktop software -  free due to a campus license from the Libraries.

Web version

If you want to use EndNote on multiple computers,  try the web version. It has fewer features than the desktop version, but you can synchronize it with EndNote Desktop. That way, your information will stay up to date everywhere. See the EndNote Reference Guide for Online (PDF), for details on synchronizing.

UA staff, students, and faculty are eligible for a free EndNote Web account.

  1. Register for a EndNote Online account (use your UA email and set your own password)
  2. After you create your account, bookmark the EndNote Online sign-in page.
