Library Resources

The Library offers many resources to University of Arizona students. All of these services and resources are available at low or no cost to current students. It's important that all student workers become familiar with the resources the library offers and feel confident suggesting library resources to other students.

Study Rooms

 

Group Study Rooms (3 - 16 people)

Located at:

  • Main Library
  • Albert B. Weaver Science-Engineering Library
  • Health Sciences Library - Tucson

How to access:

  • Reserve rooms for up to 4 hours at a time and for 24 hours total per week. You can book a room up to 120 days in advance.
  • If you don't show up to a reserved room after 15 minutes, you'll lose your reservation. When not reserved, rooms are first come, first served.
  • If you're affiliated with UA Health Sciences, see also Health Sciences Library study rooms.

Quiet Study Rooms (1 - 2 people)

  • Reserve rooms for up to 4 hours at a time, 120 days in advance, and 24 hours total per week.

To borrow technology, just bring your CatCard to one of our library service desks.

 

Request Books, Articles, & Other Materials

 

The library is happy to email students articles, book chapters, and more free of charge!

If we own it in print, we can scan it for you. If we don't own it, we'll request it from another library. Learn more about Interlibrary Loans (ILL) here.

UA OSCR Tech Zones - The Office of Student Computing Resources (OSCR) operates Tech Zones on the University of Arizona’s main campus that include computer labs and in-person tech support. One is located in our Main Library on the first floor across from tech lending.
