If you know the name of one of the parties, or just want to see what is available, "browse cases" is a good choice.

Let's say I am interested in all cases in which the National Labor Review Board is a petitioner.  Browsing cases is an excellent way to way to look at all of these cases.  However, this does not retrieve cases where the N.L.R.B. is a defendant, so I don't want to depend on browsing as a comprehensive method to find both parties.
