Logging into ASK US Desk WSEL

  Log in with your Net ID & Password

Required for:  All Ask Us Desk locations

Passwords are located in the Red Folder located in each AIS Ask Desk's side drawer.

 

 LibInsight (Stats)

  • Password:   (no password needed)

How to Log Into LibCal

Note: Use an Incognito browser 

  • At the login window, enter the LibCal Username
  • Enter the password found in STACHE
  • Click the LibApps dropdown menu
  • Click on libcal.library.arizona.edu
  • When the new window opens, click on Spaces
  • The default location is Main Library
  • You can use the dropdown to select other locations

Troubleshooting VOIP Phones at the Desk

Before You Make a Helpline Ticket

If the phones aren't working as expected, please attempt to power cycle (aka; reset ) the base unit before making a Helpline ticket.  Resetting the unit can successfully solve several issues.

 

How to Power Cycle the Unit
  •  Unplug the power cable from the base and plug it back in.

If issues persist after a power cycle, please make a Helpline Ticket.

How to use audio with Zoom


1. Open Zoom on instructor device.
2. Click arrow next to audio button (mute button)
3. Select Extron under speakers
4. Select Scarlett Solo Under Microphone

Once Zoom is closed it will automatically go back to pre-set configuration.  Zoom must be reset each time logging in.
