C. Document everything


D. Read and evaluate the sources you have found

E. Next step - will depend on the purpose of your systematic review and your reason for doing it. The expectations for a systematic review submitted as an assignment for a CBI will be very different from the expctations for a systematic review intended for a scholarly project or publication.
