Turning the Pages - view and virtually turn the pages of rare medical books (from the National Library of Medicine)

iBooks - download and read books (College of Medicine Pelvis & Perineum iBook is pre-loaded)

Kindle - read Kindle books, newspapers, magazines, textbooks and PDFs

Zite - discover and view news, articles, blogs, and videos

Inkling - platform for interactive textbooks

VitalSource Bookshelf - download and access VitalSource e-books

Micromedex Drug Information - comprehensive drug information

Epocrates - medical and drug reference

Calculate (Medical Calculator) by QxMD - calculator and decision making support tool

iRadiology - view radiology cases

AHRQ ePSS - tool based on the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) to assist in identifying the screening, counseling, and preventive medication services

Eponyms (for students) - common and obscure medical eponyms

3D Brain - view brain region structures

UpToDate - see AHSL Resources for Moblie Devices for setup on your personal device. iPads on loan have a shortcut in the "Health Reference" folder. You must authenticate (enter NetID and password) in order to access content.

RefWorks - access and search your RefWorks database, and view and manage folders (mobile-friendly website, not an app)
